Class Schedule

Please sign up for the classes at least 2 hours prior to class start so that we accommodate. We provide childcare on the days listed on the schedule. We have a room specifically for the kids.

''Open Gym'' means just that. The place is open for you to do whatever it is you want to do. In other words, the door is unlocked and someone is there. There is no class or instruction. Think ''Globo Gym''. Make up a workout or just spend time working on something that needs attention.

If 2 or more people are not signed up for the 6am class(es) by 10pm the night prior, that class will be canceled.

The strength class is for our members who have been with us at least 2 months and can display proper movement of basic Power Lifting movements (squat, deadlift, bench).
